What do I do if the cleaning results aren't what I expected?

While we do everything we can to get your carpets, rugs and upholstery cleaned to your satisfaction, sometimes the results won't meet your expectations. This could be because the cleaning method chosen was less aggressive, or that there are simply limitations to what cleaning can achieve. We'll do anything in our capability to make you satisfied, and we have several options to do it. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so please contact us. We would be happy to return to inspect the areas you are unhappy with, re-clean them if needed, or offer extra cleaning services if needed.

We cannot guarantee 100% stain removal, and if any cleaner does - watch out. Cleaning companies do their best to attend to stains and cleaned items, but some stains are a mystery even to the most professional cleaner.
