A carpet cleaning appointment is set by using "window of arrival" or "arrival time window." Like many other professional services, the time window is the time frame in which the cleaning technician will arrive to your location to clean your home.

The average arrival window is 2 hours, in which the technician should arrive. The window is given to provide the technician time to service each client, and provide excellent service to each client without being hasty or restrained by time limitations. Same as you would like to get the attention and time of the technician, each customer wants the best service and attention, so we provide our technicians time to treat each customer personally.

In some rare cases, we would need to change the arrival window, or be delayed a bit, but that's only because we gave a customer an awesome service, and you will receive the same cleaning results soon!
